Customer Support Agent
We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent (ideally a student) to join our Stockholm team starting in September/October.
You'll be the first person our customers hear from, helping with questions, orders, returns, and product advice, and making sure everyone walks away happy. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes helping people and gets that great customer service is what keeps customers coming back.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through email and social media.
- Help customers with everything from sizing advice and product recommendations to orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Work together with our logistics, e-commerce, and marketing teams to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Some experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
- Organized and good at juggling multiple things at once.
- You actually care about giving people a great experience.
- A love for the outdoors or lifestyle brands is a bonus!
