Description
Niseko 3.0 Kids is a miniature version of its parent, Niseko 3.0. This incredibly warm, incredibly durable, and incredibly lightweight snow boot will have your kids question everything they’ve ever worn (winter time) before. The strong EVA outer shell, in combination with the soft wool blend lining, makes this boot difficult to compete with in terms of both comfort and insulation. Design-wise, the boot has been inspired by traditional, northern Japanese fishing/road worker boots. In other words, although worn all year round by some people, this boot has been built for harsh, snowy weather conditions. With every pair of Niseko 3.0 Kids follows a 2-layered removable insole.
Please note that, as with many boots of this construction, you may hear a slight squeaking or creaking sound during use. This is caused by friction between the EVA shell and the ABS toe cap and is completely normal. It is not a manufacturing defect and does not indicate any damage to the boots. The sound has no impact on the boots’ performance, durability, or appearance, and most users find it barely noticeable or choose to ignore it

Q&A
Why is the brand called FUBUKI?
FUBUKI, 吹雪, means snowstorm (or blizzard) in Japanese and since the story behind the brand began in Niseko, we thought it was a fitting name, especially given our products. Read more about our story here.
What size should I go for?
For information about our sizing, please read our size guide or contact our customer support team. You find our size guide here.
The best way to dry them is simply to leave them somewhere in room-temperature. Whatever you do, don't use a direct heat source. Direct heat sources and your FUBUKIs are not best friends. Never place them in front of an electric heater/radiator, an open fire, in an electric drying cabinet or in a window that gets plenty of sun on a hot day. If your boots, for some reason, happen to be soaking-wet, you could consider using a boot dryer.
"Amazingly, despite all its features, the FUBUKI comes in a package that feels as light as a pair of slippers on your feet."
— GRIPPED - THE CLIMBING MAGAZINE
"Occasionally, a product comes along that does exactly what it says it will and then more."
— ADVENTURE MAGAZINE
"It’s a little ironic that the best version of the classic japanese rubber boot is produced by a couple of swedes under the name FUBUKI."
— ÅKA SKIDOR MAGAZINE
"Disruptive, unique and eye-catching apparel and gear only comes around every once-in-a-while in the outdoor industry. And it’s our privilege to draw attention to this manufacturer; a brand forging its own way and crafting footwear that stands alone."
"We highly recommend that if you live in a cold, wet environment, you’ll be super pleased with these “slippers”.”
— MEN'S JOURNAL
"Whether you’re shoveling the driveway or shoveling nachos into your face during après, FUBUKI boots should be on your feet."
— THE SNOW REPORT
"Wrenching my stiff, frozen feet out of my ski boots and plunging them into the plush depths of my FUBUKIs is now one of my favorite sensations. On really cold days, I start daydreaming about them halfway down my last run, and I can’t say that I’ve felt like that about any other winter boot."
— OUTSIDE MAGAZINE
"The perfect boots to tackle slushy streets, après ski BBQ, and a stroll on a snowy trail around the lake."
— ROI RECREATION OUTFITTERS
"We've tried many boot models over the years - now we have found a favorite."
— FISKEJOURNALEN
”Niseko 2.0 is slowly but surely becoming the no. 1 after-surf boot for winter riders around the world. Immensely comfortable and astoundingly light.”
— SURFGIRL MAGAZINE
”At surfd, we’re always on the lookout for the best surf products. We’ve compiled a selection of our favorite winter surf gear to save you time and effort.”
— SURFD
”Add in the fact that they are 100% waterproof; snow, slush, mud, and water, on a boat, at work, on the ski field, or just keeping your feet warm at home, FUBUKI is setting a unique standard of craftsmanship, design and style.”
— SKI AND SNOW MAGAZINE
”Niseko 2.0 is the ultimate boot collection for those who enjoy surfing in colder climates. Warm, light, dry and stylish - all at the same time.”
— CARVE MAGAZINE
"...FUBUKI's boots have those same functional elements but are looking to add another to boot purchasing consideration that can be summarized in one word: style."
— NATIONAL FISHERMAN
"FUBUKI, that's Japanese for common sense."
— SKI CANADA MAGAZINE
“Whilst you might not be bold enough to wear these into a pub, you would certainly enjoy the walk there, as they are very comfortable and the lightweight construction is a far cry from the traditional rubber boots.”
— PLEASURE SNOWBOARD MAG
"The boots have been a big hit across Europe and pairs have even made it back to Japan. Despite its success though, Kalle and Christofer, still in their 20s, are still handling all aspects of the company."
I saw everyone had these in a ski town where I was living. I was hesitant to buy them cause I don’t like to follow trends. But theres a reason everyone had them, they work. My last pair of boots were from 2018, and my toes would get cold fast. I walked 6km in deep snow with my Fubuki boots and my toes were WARM, and my socks were DRY, they also feel weightless. I bought the kids version because the adult ones were either too tall or short for what I wanted.
