Frequently asked questions
A FUBUKI 360 Experience:
Can I be notified when a product I want is back in stock?
→ Yes! Go to the model and size you want, click “notify me when available,” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a message the moment they’re back, faster than you can say “add to cart.”
How can I get news about FUBUKI?
→ Follow us on Instagram and TikTok, or subscribe to our newsletter. That’s where we share new releases, restocks, and all things Fubuki, no spam, just good energy!
Where do most people use their Fubuki boots and slippers?
→ You’ll find FUBUKIs pretty much anywhere it’s cold, wet, or snowy. From ski resorts and mountain cabins to city streets, fishing docks, and even Arctic expeditions. They’re made for people who spend time outdoors but still want to stay comfy and look good doing it.
Why should I buy a par?
→ Because they’re lightweight, super warm, and ridiculously comfortable — all while looking way better than your average winter boot. Whether you’re walking the dog, heading to the slopes, or running errands on a slushy day, FUBUKIs keep your feet happy no matter what the weather’s doing.
General:
Do you have a physical FUBUKI store?
→ Not yet! For now, we live entirely online and in our retail stores (find them here). But don’t worry, our boots travel faster than you can say “winter is coming.”
How do I contact you?
→ You can reach our support team anytime by dropping us an email at customercare@fubukiboots.com. We’re always happy to help with questions as long as it’s FUBUKI-related. We do our best to reply as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days.
Order and Shipping:
How can I track the shipment of my order?
→ Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Click it, and voilà, you’ll see your package’s journey in real time.
Can I change my order?
→ If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, send us a message ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, it’s already on an epic adventure to you.
What are your delivery charges?
→ Delivery costs depend on how fast you want your FUBUKIs to arrive. But we always provided free shipping within Europe. You’ll see all shipping options and prices before you hit “confirm order”, no sneaky surprises here.
Size Guide:
How do I know what size to wear?
→ Great question. Our boots fit differently than your average sneakers, think warm and cozy rather than tight! Check out our detailed size guide on each product page or here. Pro tip: If you’re between sizes, go down one size. Your feet will thank you.
Care and repair:
How do I clean my FUBUKIs?
→ We have the perfect recipe to make your boots shine like they’re brand new. Follow our three-step guide right here.
What happens if my Fubukis have a quality issue?
→ Oh no! That’s not supposed to happen. If your Fubukis have a quality issue, fill out our warranty claim form and send an email to our support team with a few photos and your order details. We’ll take a look and help you find the best solution. We believe great boots should last for many adventures, not just one season.
Sustainability and Materials:
What are FUBUKIS made of?
→ Our boots are made from a smart mix of lightweight, durable, and weatherproof materials that keep you warm and comfy without weighing you down.
The details:
Shell: 100% EVA, Collar: 100% Polyester, Sole: 100% Synthetic Rubber, Toecap: 100% ABS Composite, Lining: ~50% Wool / ~50% Polyester, Insole: ~95% Acrylic / ~5% Aluminium
Basically: comfort meets performance, and they look great doing it!
Do you make your boots sustainably?
→ We’re always working to minimize our footprint, in every sense of the word. Sustainability at FUBUKI isn’t about chasing trends, it’s about making things that last.
- Permanent collections: We don’t believe in temporary collections. Aside from the occasional tweak or innovation, the boots we make today are the same ones we’ll be making in ten years. Seasonal carry-overs are our thing.
 - Few article numbers: You won’t find hundreds of different styles here. We focus on a tight, well-designed catalogue that does the job, functionally and aesthetically.
 - Limited productions: We only produce two batches of boots a year. Overproducing isn’t good for the planet (or for us), so yes, that sometimes means we sell out. But good things are worth the wait.

Basically, we believe that great boots shouldn’t cost the Earth, and they should last long enough to explore a good chunk of it.
